Hearing service - the National Relay Service (NRS) is a phone solution for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment. NRS is an Australian Government initiative. There may be costs associated with using the NRS.
Interpreting service - customers who do not speak English may refer to the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) National service, operated by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
