Engaging First Nations people
We are dedicated to reconciliation and striving for a united and fair Australia. Our Reflect RAP and Innovate RAPs reaffirm our commitment through respect of culture and heritage, maintaining positive community relationships and providing meaningful opportunities. We also support programs that enhance financial literacy, educational opportunities and improve financial wellbeing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Community investment
We are dedicated to improving the financial wellbeing of all Australians, including those in more vulnerable or disadvantaged communities. We offer our support to these communities through the Insignia Community Foundation, employee giving, fundraising and volunteering, to help close social gaps.
Through our workplace giving program and Insignia Community Foundation grants, we contributed over $1.4 million to our community partners last financial year.
