Empowering communities and employees for a brighter future
A balanced and sustainable future for all is at the centre of our social impact approach, grounded in strong community partnerships and meaningful employee engagement.
Our work in the community, our focus on employee health and wellbeing, and our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone belongs, underpin an inclusive culture that acts ethically and responsibly, both within our organisation and in the way we show up for the communities and customers we serve.
Community investment
We are dedicated to improving the financial wellbeing of Australians. The Insignia Community Foundation and our Community Program creates positive impact in our communities by combining strategic grant-making, customer engagement and employee volunteering and workplace donations to support financial wellbeing, confidence and greater opportunity for people across Australia.
Together with our charity partners, we aim to reach people at every life stage. In FY26, we donated over $1.2 million and reached and connected with more than 140,000 Australians with our charity partners. We supported young people in school with skills development, inclusion and mental health; adults and families with access to vital resources, employment services and training; and older Australians by supporting financial wellbeing and confidence during retirement.

Diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity
As an organisation, we celebrate the individuality of our people and believe diversity and inclusion are vital to our high-performance culture. Our Diversity, Equity and Belonging Strategy is a roadmap designed to make our workplace better for everyone. It outlines our strategy to amplify diversity awareness, celebrate uniqueness, build connections, andaddress inequalities.

Engaging First Nations people
We are dedicated to reconciliation and striving for a united and fair Australia. In 2022 we completed our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This was followed by our first Innovate RAP from 2023 – 2025 and our second Innovate RAP from 2025- 2027.
Our RAPs support our commitment to reconciliation through respect of culture and heritage and maintaining positive community relationships to enable meaningful change. We support programs that build financial confidence, educational opportunities and improve wellbeing for First Nations communities. Our people actively deliver on our commitments through our RAP to bring positive change for each other, our customers, suppliers and communities.
